Moving your favourite songs from one music streaming service to another can be a little challenging. You can take all your playlists from Apple Music to Spotify if you’re moving from Apple Music to Spotify.
How to Transfer Your Apple Music Playlists to Spotify
Though we’d like to show you a native method of migrating to Spotify from Apple Music, it’s simply not possible. Therefore, we’ll use a third-party tool to accomplish the task.
A service called “Tune My Music” allows you to access your songs on one streaming service from another. Despite its free tier, Apple Music can be transferred to Spotify up to 1000 songs at a time. It is always possible to repeat the process if you have more than 1000 songs to move.
Choose “Let’s Start” on the home page of Tune My Music to begin importing your playlists.

Once you have chosen your source service, Tune My Music will ask you to select your playlist. As we are bidding adieu to Apple Music, we will choose Apple Music as our new music service. Feel free to click on the “Apple Music” button right now.

You will then be prompted to connect your Apple Music account with Tune My Music once you select Apple Music as the source service. Sign in with your Apple Music credentials (an email address and password you use for your Apple ID). Tune My Music will ask you to confirm your permission to access your Apple Music library on the next page. Please click “Allow.”

As soon as Tune My Music has access to your Apple Music library, it will display all the playlists in your account. If you do not wish to transfer any playlists, scroll down to the “Playlists” section and uncheck them. Transferring your massive music library in one go from Apple Music to Spotify can take a long time if you choose to select all and transfer everything at once.

Click on “Next: Select Destination” once you are done choosing playlists for transfer.

Select Spotify from the list of streaming services since our Apple Music playlists will be sent to Spotify.
Once you sign in to Spotify, you’ll see another pop-up. As soon as you log in, you will be able to read what information Tune My Music will have access to, scroll down, and click “Agree”.

Afterwards, Tune My Music will take you back to the Apple Music tab, where you can see how many songs have been moved to Spotify. To begin moving your music, click “Start Moving My Music.”
While you wait for Tune My Music to complete the transfer, you can sit back, relax, and listen to your favourite playlists. Your Apple Music playlists will appear on Spotify when the process is complete. Some missing songs will be marked in red when the process is complete. You might be able to locate these songs despite their slightly different names on Spotify sometimes.
The tune-my-music process can be repeated multiple times until all your music is Spotify. Spotify is also a great tool for discovering new music.
