Uber Hack: Cyber ​​attack on Uber app, company’s software hack

Uber company has given information about the cyber attack from its official Twitter account. The Uber company has tweeted, ‘Uber has been cyber-attacked. We are currently facing a cyber attack incident. We are in touch with security agencies. Further investigation in this regard is on and we will keep you updated. Uber company has said that the company has paid attention to cyber security after reports of cyber attacks. This cyber attack took place on Uber’s internal communication software.

‘I’m a hacker

Citing a New York Times report, Reuters reported that a lingering message had been received on ride-hailing company Uber’s messaging app (the company’s internal communication software). This message was sent by a hacker. The hacker sent the message ‘I’m a hacker on the company’s software. In this, the hacker claimed to have access to the company’s database i.e. hacked the company’s software and stole the information.
